In 2000, brothers James and Robert Madson began Reflective Concepts with the express purpose of building a manufacturing company to solely produce segmented lighting reflectors. Together, Jim and Rob assembled a team of experts, bringing years of reflector component and fabricated materials experience to Reflective Concepts. The Reflective Concepts lighting manufacturing facility is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Our facility began with only 23,000 square feet, and has now grown to nearly 50,000 square feet.
