As the lighting industry’s leading custom manufacturer, Reflective Concepts specifically manufactures all reflective lighting products to order.  Our inventory of materials includes the largest variety of specialty reflective finishes in North America.  Since most reflective lighting materials are typically made of very thin aluminum, they are easily damaged by typical manufacturing, handling and storage methods.  To help this, Reflective Concepts offers several stocking and inventory options to provide products as you need them, so they won’t get lost or damaged before they’re needed.

Reflective Concepts only makes segmented reflectors.  Other companies use the same machines to manufacture other fabrications like wood burning stoves, railroad car parts or stainless steel panels.  By using the same equipment and tooling for non-lighting industry applications they become worn, dull, and loose accuracy.  The end result is a lighting product with reflective surfaces that are imprecise, uneven and distort the photometric performance.  Reflective Concepts uses their tooling and machinery only for manufacturing lighting components, resulting in clean lines and a perfect reflective lighting product.
