The unique sheet materials used are usually pre-finished with one of many different finishes. Because the finishing process is done on a flat sheet, the quality is usually much higher than can be obtained by placing the finish on a pre-formed part. This also allows multiple and radically different finishes to be manufactured and assembled into a single optical unit.

Segmented reflectors have an infinite number of shapes and configurations that are only limited by your imagination. They can have soft rolls, parabolic arcs, sharp bends and they can even be faceted like a gemstone. All of these shapes can be made from a variety of materials and combined into an optical assembly, providing the exact photometric performance needed.
