Some reflector components and assemblies are made without tooling; then, when complexity or quantity reaches the appropriate level, tooling can be provided in stages to reduce part cost.

Reflective Concepts offers different ordering options based on your purchasing needs:

• Spot Buy: Allows customers to buy any quantity of reflective lighting product as needed.

• Blanket Orders: Allows customers to order a larger quantity for a more cost effective price and spread the order over several deliveries. Pricing is determined by the number of deliveries and the time span needed.

• Stocking Orders: A customer may want to guarantee that a certain amount of reflector components or assemblies will be available with little or no lead time. This is an ongoing order that provides a continuous supply chain of reflectors for the duration of the order agreement.  Reflective Concepts Inc. then manufactures the order in economical lots, but will hold components or assemblies in the Reflective Concepts warehouse. This allows customers to release a certain quantity as they need it.
