Backstory
Reflective Concepts was founded in Kenosha, WI in 2000 by brothers James and Rob Madson. RCI offers a wide range of services and products for the lighting, aerospace, architectural, medical, horticultural and other industries. Our consultative approach ensures that no matter what our customers start with, be it a full-scale model or even something written on a napkin, we will deliver a product matching their needs. RCI has over 50,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity. Our facility was designed and built for one purpose – manufacture the world’s best tailored reflectors. Assembly
RCI is a full-service manufacturing facility offering partial or complete assembly capabilities. Whether your company requires partial assembly with labels or complete fixture assembly, we have the skilled team to meet your needs. In addition, we provide custom packaging shipping options to ensure that the quality parts that were manufactured are the same quality parts you receive at your facility. We have the expertise to think “outside the box” when it comes to packaging your parts.
Integration Services
As part of our full-service manufacturing, we offer our customers integration service capabilities. For some of our customers, they want to go to one supplier for their total finished product needs to include, manufacturing, painting, anodization, welding, assembly etc. For those customers, RCI offers the option of our Integration Service where we are the sole point of contact for all sub-suppliers for the finished product, providing administrative oversight, logistics, quality control and inventory management for your customer.
