In 2000, brothers James and Robert Madson began Reflective Concepts Inc with the express purpose of building the world’s best reflective lighting components.

Since then, they’ve assembled a strong supporting team of lighting industry experts. Our team has decades of reflector component development, lighting materials knowledge, and fabrication experience.

In July of 2023, Reflective Concepts, Inc was accuried and became Reflective Concepts, LLC.

Our 50,000 square foot facility is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

We partner with reputable vendors to offer anodizing, painting, and powered coating options. This allows us to compliment our tailored reflective lighting design and production capabilities.
